{"id":10228,"date":"2022-05-02T17:39:37","date_gmt":"2022-05-02T15:39:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eu.camsrecycling.com\/unkategorisiert\/innovativo-impianto-di-riciclaggio-materiali-nuovo-centro-di-recupero-e-stoccaggio-rifiuti-geocentro\/"},"modified":"2025-09-22T11:45:35","modified_gmt":"2025-09-22T09:45:35","slug":"cams-baut-eine-innovative-recyclinganlage-fuer-das-neue-abfallaufbereitungs-und-lagerzentrum-geocentro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eu.camsrecycling.com\/de\/ankundigungen\/cams-baut-eine-innovative-recyclinganlage-fuer-das-neue-abfallaufbereitungs-und-lagerzentrum-geocentro\/","title":{"rendered":"CAMS baut eine innovative Recyclinganlage f\u00fcr das neue Abfallaufbereitungs- und Lagerzentrum Geocentro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Im vergangenen Juli wurde in Codevigo (PD) das neue Geocentro-Zentrum f\u00fcr die Aufbereitung und Lagerung von Inertabf\u00e4llen er\u00f6ffnet.<br \/>\n<strong>Der Standort Geocentro beherbergt eine hochmoderne Anlage zur Reduzierung und Sortierung von Bau- und Abbruchabf\u00e4llen, die vollst\u00e4ndig von unserem CAMS-Team entwickelt und realisiert wurde!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Das <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/geo-centro.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Projekt Geocentro<\/a> entstand aus der Partnerschaft mit dem venetischen Unternehmen VPS Srl, das uns f\u00fcr die Realisierung einer innovativen Anlage zur Lagerung, Verwaltung und Aufbereitung von Abf\u00e4llen und Inertstoffen beauftragte<\/strong>, auch von sperrigen und schwer zu handhabenden Materialien aus dem Bauwesen, aus R\u00fcckbauprojekten, aus dem Wasserleitungsbau sowie aus Umwelt- und Bodensanierungen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Planung der Anlage dauerte zw\u00f6lf Monate, in denen wir einen <strong>Bearbeitungszyklus entwickelten, der sowohl sauberes Material<\/strong> (haupts\u00e4chlich Gesteinsmaterial aus Aushub) als auch <strong>sehr erdhaltiges Material<\/strong> verarbeiten kann. Das Zentrum erstreckt sich \u00fcber 17.000 m\u00b2, bestehend aus einer 5.400 m\u00b2 gro\u00dfen \u00fcberdachten Fl\u00e4che f\u00fcr die Abfalllagerung und einer 11.600 m\u00b2 gro\u00dfen gepflasterten Au\u00dfenfl\u00e4che mit Lade- und Entladebereichen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Aufbereitungsprozesse erm\u00f6glichen die Herstellung von <strong>End-of-Waste-Materialien<\/strong>, die sowohl f\u00fcr Verf\u00fcllarbeiten als auch f\u00fcr <strong>hochwertige Baustoffe<\/strong> f\u00fcr Ingenieurbauten und gro\u00dfe Strukturen verwendet werden k\u00f6nnen \u2013 Materialien, die zuvor als \u201eAbf\u00e4lle\u201c galten, erhalten so ein neues Leben.<\/p>\n<p>Zur Anlage geh\u00f6ren au\u00dferdem ein <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/eu.camsrecycling.com\/de\/?post_type=portfolio&amp;p=664\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">UTS 1500 Brecher<\/a><\/strong> <strong>mit Elektroantrieb<\/strong> (der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Cams-Brecher der UTS-Reihe) sowie ein <a href=\"https:\/\/eu.camsrecycling.com\/de\/prodotti\/uvs\/\"><strong>UVS 42 Vibrationssieb<\/strong><\/a>, ebenfalls <strong>vollst\u00e4ndig elektrisch betrieben<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #007a60;
