The term <\/span>Industry 4.0<\/span><\/i> was first used in 2011 at the Hannover Fair and refers to the European Industry 4.0 initiative aimed at promoting a new corporate culture that integrates new production technologies into business models to improve working conditions, increase productivity, and enhance product quality.<\/span><\/p>\n

Today, more than 10 years later, Industry 4.0 is a well-established and constantly evolving reality that has changed and continues to change the market and the way business is conducted. We are therefore experiencing a period of significant change, where transformation affects companies and organizations at an increasingly rapid pace. All new competitive standards require the ability to anticipate market challenges and respond to changes, while the most innovative companies transform every aspect of their organizations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Within this context, CAMS is committed to <\/span>providing tools and technologies to promote the adoption of sustainable innovation practices<\/b>, because we believe that targeted technological development can help companies improve their performance while reducing the environmental impact of their production.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our Best Recycling Plants<\/b><\/h2>\n

Within the wide range of machinery that Cams offers, a place of absolute excellence is held by our CENTAURO line. From the optimization of the line, two APR models were developed, <\/span>Centauro L 120.56-APR<\/b><\/a> and <\/span>Centauro XL 150.56-APR<\/b><\/a>, which <\/span>allow 100% recycling of demolished road pavements<\/b> while preserving the bituminous component without damaging the aggregate grading, producing a high-quality product with maximum cost savings.<\/span><\/p>\n

Thanks to the low-speed counter-rotating shaft crushing technique, in addition to the high quality of the final product, <\/span>minimal wear of components and a very low certified environmental impact are ensured.<\/b><\/p>\n

Compliant with Industry 4.0 standards<\/span>, the APR line uses an integrated 4G connection that transmits production data to site logistics, keeping it updated on available material quantities.<\/b><\/p>\n

We have always focused on producing crushing and screening plants based on the specific needs of our customers. Our work involves an in-depth study of the materials to be processed and the production requirements to be achieved. We do not only focus on production, but our staff will follow you through every operation, ensuring maximum reliability of the plant.<\/span><\/p>\n

The software that powers our machines<\/b><\/p>\n

The PLC software developed by our engineers <\/span>allows remote machine control, automating the production process and making it simple and intuitive for the user.<\/b><\/p>\n

Thanks to this software, we can ensure <\/span>bidirectional communication between the machine and site logistics<\/b>. The PLC can be accessed via mobile phone or tablet, and it can also be configured as a client to enable data exchange with MySQL.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our plants are also equipped with a <\/span>router lock<\/b> that creates secure connections; remotely controlled devices can connect to the lock via network cable or wireless LAN.<\/span><\/p>\n

A weighing system is installed on the material discharge conveyor to allow continuous measurement of the produced material. This information is sent to the plant PLC and made available, along with all other operational data, to ensure proper management of the site logistics system.<\/span><\/p>\n
