Since its inception, the Centauro Series crushing plants have combined crushing, screening, and magnetic separation processes in a single machine. Powerful and efficient, this mobile crusher is capable of handling difficult or wet materials while maintaining maximum productivity and consistent performance even under non-optimal working conditions.
A unique achievement that we had the pleasure to showcase during Bauma 2022 in Munich, representing not only our green philosophy but also our utmost commitment to innovation. Centauro XL 150.69 APR is the new mobile crushing and screening machine, capable of recycling 100% of asphalt and meeting the strictest production requirements. A perfect recycling orchestra, maintaining the original compactness that only Cams machinery can guarantee.
Composed of a single primary crusher supported by a patented pre-crushing system, combined with a magnetic separator, a screen, and a secondary crusher. All combined on a single tracked chassis and powered by a single CAT C9.3 Diesel engine, ensuring the recovery of all removed, milled, and slab materials, preserving their original bitumen content.
A unique machine, designed and engineered to operate in hybrid or fully electric mode, and can be equipped with biodegradable lubricants, ensuring certified minimal noise and dust emissions.
The Centauro range has always been considered environmentally friendly: the numerous patented systems installed on this recycling giant make it versatile in processing various materials and allow performance optimization, significantly reducing wear and environmental impact costs.
Over the years we have focused on the development of existing and new technologies, with the goal of revolutionizing the recycling of inert materials, paying particular attention to environmental protection and improving plant performance.
Many milestones have been achieved and patents filed over these 20 years:
