What are its strengths

The Centauro L 120.56-APR mobile plant is one of the most innovative machines from CAMS. Versatile and compact, it is capable of combining three processes into a single machine and recycling 100% of asphalt. Let’s take a closer look at its features:

• PRIMARY CRUSHER FTR 1200
  Unlike traditional models, the CAMS crusher is made up of two counter-rotating shafts operating at a low number of revolutions. This extraordinary system allows asphalt to be crushed using shear force.
• PUSHER SYSTEM
  A cutting-edge system that allows the processing of large asphalt slabs.
• TWO-DECK SCREEN
  Centauro L120.56 APR is equipped with a large surface capable of handling the crushed material.
• OPEN-CIRCUIT OR CLOSED-CIRCUIT PRODUCTION
  The presence of the slewing conveyor makes it possible to switch the production cycle from open to closed with a simple maneuver and to return “oversized” material back into the crushing cycle when it is not intended for reuse.
• ASPHALT PAVING RECYCLING L 120.56
  The Centauro mobile plant consists of a primary crusher, secondary crusher, and screen. The 305 kW diesel engine, active during work phases, acts as a generator of electrical energy to power electronic equipment and construction tools. Furthermore, through a switch, the machine can be fully powered by electricity.
• BENEFITS WITH INDUSTRY 4.0 INCENTIVES
  Not only advantages in terms of productivity. With Centauro L 120.56-APR, it is possible to obtain the incentives provided by Industry 4.0. The machine, equipped with a PLC, allows data exchange with servers and two-way communication between the machine and site logistics.
