From March 3 to 7, 2026, we will be present at CONEXPO in Las Vegas, one of the most important international events for the construction and earthmoving industries.

On this occasion, we will showcase two technological solutions dedicated to recycling inert materials and road paving, confirming our commitment to developing machines that are increasingly efficient, sustainable, and versatile for modern job sites.

Our presence at CONEXPO will take place through our U.S. distribution network, with two strategic partners:

• GrinderCrusherScreen Inc., where we will present the world premiere of the new UTM 1500G mobile crusher

• Hitek Equipment Inc., which will exhibit the MG7 Super-e compact paver from the Malavasi brand, now part of the CAMS Group

Participation in the exhibition represents a further step in the development of the North American market and in the integration of Malavasi technologies into our product offering.

UTM 1500G: the new hybrid mobile crusher for material recycling

Among the main innovations we will present at CONEXPO 2026 is the UTM 1500G, a mobile plant designed for the crushing and recycling of inert materials, asphalt, demolition waste, wood, and mixed materials.

We developed this machine with the goal of delivering high performance, maximum operational versatility, and reduced environmental impact.

High performance and productivity up to 200 t/h

The heart of the plant is the FTR 1500 shredder, equipped with a 1,500 × 1,000 mm feed opening, allowing a production capacity of up to 200 tons per hour.

Key technical features include:

• 3 m³ tilting hopper

• 800 mm discharge conveyor

• Compact dimensions (11,100 × 2,320 × 3,100 mm)

• Operating weight of 19,500 kg

These features ensure easy transport and installation on job sites, while maintaining high productivity levels.

Hybrid power system for greater efficiency and sustainability

One of the distinctive features of the UTM series is its hybrid power system, which allows the machine to operate:

• in diesel-electric mode, using the integrated generator set

• or fully electric, eliminating the use of the diesel engine

This solution helps reduce emissions, energy consumption, and environmental impact, while also improving operational efficiency.

The slow rotation of the shredder shafts further helps minimize noise and dust, making the plant suitable for urban environments or sensitive work sites.

Technological features and optional equipment

The UTM 1500G integrates several features designed to optimize crushing operations and minimize downtime, including:

• Automatic programs for different materials

• Capability to process wet materials

• Low energy consumption

• High wear-resistant components

Optional equipment includes:

• Integrated weighing system

• Dust suppression system

• Automatic lubrication

• GPS for operational monitoring

• Hydraulic pushers

Additionally, a CAT C7.1 Stage V 200 kW generator set is available, equipped with a MeccAlte 350 kVA alternator and a 200-liter fuel tank.

MG7 Super-e Malavasi: compact paver for road maintenance

Alongside our recycling technologies, at CONEXPO we will also present a solution for the road construction sector: the MG7 Super-e by Malavasi, a compact mini paver designed for maintenance work and small-scale paving projects.

The MG7 Super-e is particularly suitable for:

• Road maintenance

• Sidewalks

• Parking areas

• Small urban paving projects

Thanks to its compact size and high versatility, it helps to reduce labor requirements, speed up project timelines, and optimize operating costs compared to traditional methods

Precision and paving quality

The paver is equipped with:

• an electrically heated screed, for optimal temperature control

• an integrated electric vibrator, improving compaction and surface quality

The screed offers great operational flexibility:

• Paving width: 30 cm to 200 cm

• Paving thickness: -5 cm to 25 cm

• Inclination: up to -10°

The machine can also reach a travel speed of up to 18 m/min, ensuring uniform asphalt placement and reduced working times.

Among the available options is a 200-liter emulsion tank with integrated spraying system.
