On the occasion of CAMS’ 20th anniversary, we share the story and achievements that have brought us to operate both nationally and internationally with a complete range of fixed, mobile, and transportable plants for the entire inert materials recycling chain.

In the January issue of the magazines Recycling and Quarry and Construction, the article tells the story of CAMS and how today we are among the most established companies in Italy in designing, producing, and selling crushers, grinders, and screens for recycling inert materials, demolition and construction waste, milled asphalt, and glass scrap.

It all started in 2001, first with the winning idea of launching a center specialized in service, maintenance, and spare parts supply for road machinery, and shortly after with the acquisition of the TEM brand, a manufacturer of glass crushing and recycling plants, which brought us 40 years of know-how in the crushing sector.

Over the years, we have focused on developing existing technologies and creating new ones, with the aim of revolutionizing the inert materials recycling sector with particular attention to environmental protection and improving plant performance. Numerous milestones have been achieved, and patents registered over these 20 years:

• 6 registered patents: 5 patents for the simultaneous operation system of all installed machines and 1 international patent dedicated to hydraulic pushers
• 7 product lines, 22 available models, and 800 plants installed in Italy and worldwide, with infinite customized solutions
• Hybrid or fully electric plant power supply
• Development of a telemetry system for remote plant control directly from PC or mobile.
